Terms of Use

These terms describe use of the HighCourt Media website and its application and inquiry services. Questions can be sent to highcourtmedia@gmail.com.

Applications and eligibility

Creator applicants must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Our U.S. TikTok One pathway requires a U.S. account, at least 50,000 followers, and content creation or UGC experience. Other pathways are reviewed individually. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, campaign selection, compensation, or any particular result.

Campaign agreements

This website introduces potential opportunities. Each campaign may have separate eligibility rules, deliverables, fees, usage rights, payment terms, and deadlines. Those details must be agreed separately before work begins. An application or approval alone does not create an employment relationship, exclusive representation agreement, or obligation to accept a campaign.

Information and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for having the right to share any linked or submitted work. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate someone, provide another person’s private information without permission, or interfere with the website.

Community invitations

Approved creators may receive a personal, time-limited invitation link. Do not share that link. Access may be revoked if approval changes or a link is misused. Discord and other external services have their own terms and community rules.

Results and third-party services

Network totals and case studies describe reported past activity. They do not predict or guarantee an individual creator’s or brand’s performance. References to TikTok, Discord, and other services identify the platforms involved and do not by themselves imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Website availability

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but errors, maintenance, and interruptions can occur. Contact us if a submission fails or you need help. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how application and inquiry information is used. We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when we do.
