Information you provide

Creator applications collect your name, email, TikTok username, follower count, account country, content niche, experience, age confirmation, and any optional GMV or Discord details you choose to share. Brand and contact forms collect the contact information, company information, and message you submit. Please do not include passwords, identification documents, payment card information, or other sensitive information.

How we use your information

We use submissions to review applications, discuss partnerships, respond to messages, and manage creator onboarding. Authorized staff may record private review notes and application status. Approved creators may receive a personal invitation link. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing emails.

Email and community services

When email delivery is configured, notification content and recipient addresses are sent through Resend. When you follow a Discord invitation or another external link, that service handles your information under its own policies. We do not publish creator applications, contact messages, or private team notes in the public portfolio.

Website operation and measurement

The site is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Protected team pages use ChatGPT sign-in. Those services may use their own necessary authentication cookies.

Our application records daily aggregate counts of page views, form starts, and successful submissions, grouped by broad traffic source: direct, social, search, or referral. We do not use advertising cookies or store full referring URLs for this measurement. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable client-side view and form-start measurement. Successful submissions remain counted as operational records.

Access and sharing

Application and inquiry records are available to authorized reviewers and the service providers used to operate this website and deliver communications. A campaign may require additional information to be shared with a brand; that will be addressed with you as part of the campaign process. Public case studies and testimonials are published separately with permission.

Retention and your choices

We retain records while needed to evaluate and manage the relevant application or relationship, respond to requests, and meet applicable obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify the request and retain information where required or permitted by applicable law.

Age requirement

Creator applications are intended for adults aged 18 and older. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

Security and changes

We restrict team access and use the hosting platform’s security controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the effective date above.

Private progress links

New submissions receive an unlisted progress link that expires after 90 days. Anyone with the link can view its general review stage, so keep it private. It does not display your application details or internal team notes. We store team assignments, next actions, and follow-up dates to manage inquiries.
